A number of presentations were given at the January 19th Planning Board meeting concerning flooding and the Hogan/Pancost development. Below we present documentation and further analysis.

Flood Study Analysis The major points we raise are:

• The critical error that the flood study used the wrong number is indicative that the review process failed.
• Using the correct number results in 350 CFS flowing out the north end of this property - across recreation paths, and through parks, homes and a playground.
• Any flood plain engineering on this property needs to also be supported by appropriate engineering work along the ditch corridor to the north.
• The City has documented a 5 times greater flood hazard in South Boulder than has previously been known.
